Bimba pneumatic intensifiers’ “single-shot” design incorporates various ratios between the air piston supply and intensified air or oil output. The simple design offers a quick response and trouble free operation. The cylinder strokes are made to order and dictate output volume. Optional stainless steel output cylinder can handle a wide range of liquids.

Stainless Steel Flat-I Cylinders

Stainless Steel Flat-I Cylinders by Bimba Manufacturing are designed specifically for applications that require compact cylinders that will be exposed to frequent, corrosive wash down as is common in a number of industries, such as, food and beverage or medical applications.

The hygienic design includes a hard chrome plated stainless steel cylinder rod, stainless steel end caps, and a stainless steel, laser marked outer body assembled in a package that is easily cleaned by minimizing crevices that can retain application residue and foster the growth of unwanted bacteria. The end caps are also designed to eliminate catch points by limiting the number of mounting holes to only those necessary to mount the cylinder.

The B27 is Bimba’s single rail belt driven electric linear actuator for use in many different industries and applications. From pick & place to material handling, the B27 is the starting point when looking for a high speed motion profile with medium-duty loading capability. Well-built using high quality components throughout its construction, the B27 is Bimba’s first option when considering a belt drive electric actuator for general purpose applications.

The B27 is intended for applications that require flexible, long distance, high speed motion with low to medium load and moment loading capacity. When your application calls for up to 3m (~10ft.) of stroke with up to 125 lbs (~556N) and speed capability in the 5m/sec (~200″/sec) range, the B27 offers a solution at an exceptional value.
