Our 3rd Party Inspection Services
- Interval visits to verify vendor progress reports
- Photos of progress as required
- Review of vendor purchase orders for long lead items
- Review project purchase order and assure compliance
- Review RFQ specifications
- Review Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings
- Review (If necessary) vendors Quality Control Manual
- Review (If necessary) Material Test Reports
- Review calibration certificates for Test Equipment
- Review Control Panel Special Procedures
- Review (If necessary) Control Panel Preservation, Packing and shipping Procedure
- Assure electrical devices adhere to designated electrical area classification
- Conduct visual inspection for surface finish and defects and dimensional compliance
- Check control panel name tags for compliance with the General Arrangement drawings
Functionality Testing
- Review SAFE chart or Cause and Effect document (If Available) and assure compliance
- Check that proper field simulations are in place
- Fully cycle control system
- Check control system for repeatability integrity
- Verify part number, quantity and condition of any “shipped loose” items
- Assure the system hydraulic and pneumatic connections are leak free both at the compression/gland and NPT
