20 kW and 60 kW zero-emission mobile power units featuring Intelligent Energy and American Honda Motor Company fuel cells are now eligible for California CORE incentives
Houston, TX – November 3, 2026 — Total Hydrogen Solutions (THS), a division of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company, LLC, announced that its 20 kW and 60 kW hydrogen fuel cell mobile power units are now listed as eligible equipment under California’s Clean Off-Road Equipment (CORE) Voucher Incentive Project. The units are powered by hydrogen fuel cells from Intelligent Energy and American Honda Motor Company, combining advanced fuel cell technology with THS’ expertise in developing practical, deployable hydrogen power solutions.
The CORE program is designed to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission off-road equipment by providing point-of-sale incentives that help reduce the upfront cost for qualified purchasers. The inclusion of THS’ mobile power units gives eligible California customers access to financial incentives when purchasing the equipment, helping make hydrogen-powered mobile generation more economically accessible.
Designed for applications where conventional diesel generators have traditionally been used, THS’ mobile power units use fuel cells to convert hydrogen into clean, reliable electricity without combustion or emissions at the point of use. Available in 20 kW and 60 kW configurations, the units provide portable power for temporary and off-grid needs across construction, industrial and other demanding applications.
