Pressure testing is a critical step when commissioning new piping, returning equipment to service after a turnaround and qualifying valves after repair. Valve, Pump and Cylinder Repair with Full Pressure Testing

PHC repairs low, medium and high-pressure valves, both manual and actuated, and tests every repaired valve to its maximum working pressure. Servo valves are tested to the manufacturer’s published specifications on a 40 GPM, 3,000 psi test stand. Our shops also rebuild hydraulic pumps and cylinders from all major brands, and PHC is an authorized repair center for brands including Haskel, Butech and Sheffer.

Field service technicians can install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment inside the plant, and preventative maintenance plans keep test systems, hydraulic power units and gauges ready when they are needed.
