One of our long-standing clients came to us recently for help with a project with a tight deadline.  They had designed a machine to help them coat pipe.  Their process required that the pipe be rocked back and forth in order to remove any air bubbles from the substance used to coat the pipe.

In order to achieve this motion, we designed HPU’s (Hydraulic Power Units) and provided hydraulic cylinders to control the back and forth motion.  Our team of hydraulic specialists also helped install the cylinders and HPU ‘s and custom fitted all of the required hydraulic tubing on site.
