This low voltage hydraulic control panel console was designed by our team to open and close pit doors on test cells. Each 20 ft test cell section has its own door/lid so we designed the control panel with a toggle for each door in the string. In addition, this hydraulic control panel turns power on/off to transfer pumps that pump corrosion inhibitor test fluid to the tools inside of the test pits. Once the test is complete the worker evacuates the fluid from the tool where the fluid is captured and pumped back to the holding tanks where it is cleaned and stored for the next job.
