• TA Standard NFPA - TRD's standard cylinder offers a high quality, heavy duty construction in an NFPA tie rod style interchangeable design.  These actuators are recognized for their durability and long-lasting performance.
• FM Flush Mount - The FM "Flush Mount" Series provides the same high quality, heavy duty construction as the TA series, with the added benefit of "Sleeve Nut" construction.
• TD Tough-Duty - TRD's TD "Tough Duty" cylinders provide the same high quality, heavy duty construction as the TA series, with additional performance features standard.
• TRA Triple Rod - TRD's TRA "Triple Rod" cylinders use three piston rods to increase stability and strength and also feature a non-rotating design.
• MS Multi-Stage - TRD's multi-stage cylinders are able to achieve greater forces in extending, retracting, or both directions by multiplying the output force with additional pistons.  Multi-stage cylinders can provide the same output force as larger bore, single stage cylinders while being lower cost.

• 3 Position - TRD's 3 Position cylinders consist of two cylinders built as one unit with one rod end, capable of producing 3 rod positions.  By varying the cylinders stroke lengths, stop positions can be suited to any application.
• Tandem - TRD's Tandem cylinders are most commonly used in "air over oil" applications.  These applications typically will use air to provide the force to extend and retract the cylinder, while oil provides precise stroke speed control.
• Back to Back - Back-to-Back cylinders allow the creation of a true four position cylinder by combining two individual cylinders with common bore sides together as one unit with common tie rods.
• Air-Intensifier - Air to Air Intensifiers utilize a single-shot design to increase output force.  These designs offer a heavy-duty construction and a simple, worry free design.  Intensifiers are commonly used to increase output force and in measuring and dispensing applications.

• SS Stainless Steel (MS and TRA)- TRD's Stainless Steel cylinders are precision machined from 303/304 stainless steel to provide excellent performance even in harsh environments.  Common applications include food processing, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, and other corrosive environments.
• RS Round Steel - TRD's NFPA interchangeable Round Stainless Steel cylinders (RS Series) are made using 303 and 316 stainless steel to provide excellent corrosion resistance.  These cylinders have been designed specifically to reduce sharp edges and corners which provide a smooth transition to the cylinder body eliminating catch points for contamination and allow easy cleaning.
• SS Switches - TRD offers Reed, High Power AC Reed, DC Sold State and Reed Switches with built-in Circuit Protection to meet a wide variety of needs.  These magnetically operated switches can be located anywhere in the actuator stroke range and will work with all TRD aluminum construction and stainless steel actuators.
• SS Mounts/Clevis/Pins - TRD offers many NFPA interchangeable accessories available in stainless steel construction.

• Air Booster - TRD's auto reciprocating air boosters can provide increased air pressure to solve a few common design problems.  When space is limited, boosters can provide increased PSI to a smaller bore or model size to achieve the desired output force.  Boosters can also be effective in providing higher PSI to a cylinder or gripper that may have been sized for an application but isn't able to meet necessary performance standards.
• Bench Top Press - TRD's Heavy Duty Bench Top Presses, the BTP Series, combine TRD's high quality actuators with a heavy duty steel construction press.  These presses provide an open work area which allows for through feed or side feed of large parts, and 3 different built-in settings.  The ground tool plate is oversized and removable, which provides precision location of tool plate to press frame.
• Air/Oil Tanks - The TRD air/oil system provides the smooth operation typically associated with hydraulic systems without the expense.  Tanks can be used as stand alone reservoirs or in conjunction with cylinders.  They can also be used with shop air and any TRD actuator equipped with the TH option to provide a low maintenance circuit.
• PCS Position Control - The TRD Pneumatic Control System (Model PCS) is designed to control any 1.50" through 4" bore pneumatic TRD position feedback actuator.  The system is a closed loop electronic controller using pneumatic technology that can accurately place and hold the actuator rod at any desired position with a fairly high degree of accuract and force.
• PFLF Series - TRD's Position Feedback Low Friction cylinders are ideal for applications where the cylinder can touch down on a part and provide position feedback, thus gauge a part.  They can also be used in conjunction with a PCS (Position Control System) or closed-loop positioning.

• Switches - TRD offers Reed, High Power AC Reed, DC Sold State and Reed Switches with built-in Circuit Protection to meet a wide variety of needs.  These magnetically operated switches can be located anywhere in the actuator stroke range and will work with all TRD aluminum construction and stainless steel actuators.
• Mounts/Clevis/\pins - TRD offers many NFPA interchangeable accessories available in cast iron and steel construction.  Several non-NFPA accessories are available as well.  Alternative materials, plating, and painting are available.
• Alignment Couplers - TRD's Alignment Couplers eliminate the need to precisely mount cylinders in an application.  The couplers prevent binding and erratic movement that misalignment causes, extending the bearing and seal life of the cylinders.
